Employee Concerns

Pike places the utmost importance on working in a safe, professional, and ethical manner. We expect everyone at Pike to work safely and comply with all laws, rules, policies and procedures. It is also our goal to ensure that all employees are treated with dignity, respect, consideration and fairness.

If a problem occurs on the job we encourage you to pursue a fair and prompt solution. If you have a complaint or problem we encourage you to take the following steps:

  1. Discuss the situation or concern with your Supervisor.
  2. If, after discussing the situation with your Supervisor, you feel a satisfactory solution has not been reached, you have the option of having your supervisor arrange a meeting with your Area Manager, Operations Vice President or Department Manager.
  3. If you are still not satisfied and wish to pursue the matter, you should contact the Employee Concerns Hotline at the toll free number or e-mail listed below:
  4. We also encourage you to use the Employee Concerns Hotline to recommend improvements to our safety program or report a safety concern. You do not have to speak with your supervisor before reporting a safety concern or recommending a safety improvement. Within 30 days, Pike will inform you of management response and corrective action(s), if any, taken to resolve the issue.
