The focus of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program is to ensure that Pike and Subcontractor activities are performed in accordance with contract requirements, Pike procedures, industry codes and standards and all other project requirements, thus enabling Pike to deliver “high-quality” services and products.

The principle steps to delivering a quality product are follows:

  1. Maintaining and adhering to a documented QA/QC Program
  2. Training of all Pike Professionals
  3. Systematic implementation of the QA/QC Program— by management/supervision at all levels!
  4. Compliance with the QA/QC Program— the job of everyone
  5. Documentation of all activities
  6. Assessment of the QA/QC Program to assure that it is effective and improving

Steps 1 and 2, involving the formal QA/QC documentation and training, are an ongoing process.

Steps 3 through 6 are up to us!

Pike’s Quality Standards Committee and all of Pike’s Management are committed to continually improving the quality of our products, as well as the QA/QC Program, and we encourage employees to submit ideas to improve the quality of our documentation and our service.
